Superb company in terms of top management, Excellent infrastructure, i would say best growing company, it's vision, customer beliefs, system implementation, new technology, industry 4.0 implementation, best in textiles in India. Company is very good for female candidates, always get more increment as compared to hard working male candidates.

Dislikes

South Indian HODs, didn't like North candidate whatever your goals u achieve they always try to keep you down, humiliate you, no appreciation, they always give good appraisal to their favourite person from South or buttering people who always do their personal work such as washing their utensils, keeping water bottle at their house,doing their car wash. Many things I couldn't write all here. Management should start taking true feedback directly from its employees. And should give equal opportunities to associates as well.
