i am working in advance textile division. here electrical department work culture is very bad. Senior behavior's is not good for junior. Department work culture is very bad. if you have already job plz do not join electrical department. Almost in one year 6 shift engineer give resign due to the bad behavior of senior .we complain many times to Hr team but not any serious action taken by HR team
