I don't dislike it but Management people have poor behavior and not good. They did not see working efforts. Sales upper managers do not know sales and have not helped juniors, they have no own clients and only depend on ASM. Worst experience.

typically owner driven company with lyres of hirerchy.. full of nasty office politics and favoritism. They produce and favour only managers yet discourage and throw the leaders. Employees enjoy a lot of family oriented culture but need to have a YES BOSS attitude to prosper or even sustain..
