The work here is not so hectic but the management people are least bothered about employees, there is no training or career growth.

All fake promises are given at the time of interview. Mentally harassed to complete the target. Even Sales team leads front office has to handle. At one time, how can a person do billing, answering calls, callings for booking appointment. I left the job within 7 mnths. Zonal manager is hopeless. Evry week concall n pressure of getting the target complete. Its not pocket friendly.
