High level politics weekends working full biasedness favoritism of employees towards manager if you know owners in anyway then your job is safe, else asked to leave anytime managers openly shouting at juniors. Asked to do wait after work hours daily DONT JOIN this company. Pathetic work culture

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
