Excellent for newbies who want to learn Japanese interpretation.

No work life balance. You have to work 9 hours, travel to several hospitals which are far away from your home and when you finally reach home after travelling 2 hours you get an emergency call from client for hospital. Likes

Salary on time, bonus for working extra hours. Supportive work culture. Direct interaction with Japanese people so very satisfying and rewarding as an individual Japanese Language Expert. You get to learn medical and insurance vocabulary and the manager is very encouraging.

Dislikes

A lot of travel got my back aching, it's something that is unfortunately unavoidable. Random calls outside working hours/days do throw you off and has an impact on mental peace. Very hard to take leave as staff is less.

Work Details

I love the supportive colleagues and my manager (Vedha-san, truly grateful to you) and the emphasis of Japanese etiquettes in everyday life. I got to meet Japanese people on daily basis and help them which is one of my important goals in life.
