There is a lot to learn as a Big brand, company is good, working culture is also good. But if you are talking about team leaders on initial level, mentality is so lala company type.

Team leaders or managers are supportive untill you work here when you serve notice period for better opportunity, they will try their " ser choti ka zor" to not to get NOC, untill you implore infront of them, they himself told to distributor to not to give NOC for FNF. In last only one advise work here untill you want whenever you ll have opportunity don't serve notice period just swith, otherwise it will be mentally harassment for you nothing else....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
