They will not give product introduction , they will just throw projects to you like anything . Good things will not be appreciated , but bad things will be highlighted and will be stressed for long time . Top management is not cooperative and asks mere 2,3 years experienced people to give permanent solutions for problems which is existing from their time when they started career . The process made by the parent company are very good, all the calculations & design procedures are very well automated or made easy for handling Very standard Manfacturing processes If you survive here, you would be ready to work in any company.

Dislikes

There are lot of cons 1. The management asks to sign a bond for three years & takes people for granted without any hikes or facilities 2. Working hours are very much intense maybe around 60 - 80 hours for new recruits. (because of bond). I have seen people working continuously for day & half & even on most of weekends 3. The company's mechanical design teams are built around few managers & assistant managers (10-20%) rest of the employees are made to work only to clear the bond period & get their service letters. 4. There is no scope for development to good positions, your hard work is not even noticed 5. Attitude of managers and assistant managers towards (most of them) the employees is very bad. Your are not supposed to question or ask management about their decisions. 5.For design department / bangalore office there is no proper HR facility there's a receptionist cum HR who just does the postal service to management. 6. There are many instances when new joiness run away after 6 to 12 months & there are few instances where even settled experienced (married) people leaving the job in this company without any offers in hand due to work pressure. In every three years there will be completely new team built around few managers & assistant managers. The overall average mechanical design team experience would be 3-4 years ( including managers & assistant managers) 7. In my two years of experience I have never seen a experienced candidate joining the company & staying in the company for long(max 1 year) 8. There's no proper training for designers or draft engineers regarding the product. 9. There's no work life balance. 10. Complex project's are handled by inexperienced designers 11. Worst ever travelling facilities- you are asked to come in shifts but no cab facilities 12.
