1. Working Environment; the working environment is Absolutely Terrible and Toxic, especially with the seniors who you are working under. Very much Short-Tempered. 2. No work-life balance. Job Description says 9-6pm, is rather say it’s 9-8pm. 3. Low Salary Slip - The company expects more work to be done by you. 4. No proper Communication with your seniors; we have to figure out how the company works from others, if you ask the seniors they frown and grumble saying you should know all these things whereas the fact is every company has its own way of operating 4. Never Appreciated for your work; Low Salary Slip, No Work Life Balance, Working Environment, No proper communication with your seniors. After facing all of these issues, giving your best, still the company does not even appreciate the work you do, instead expects more work to be done and is never satisfied, even when some work is done with so much effort it’s never appreciated.
