A few things I appreciate about working at Webuters are the flexibility it offers and the fact that managers don't impose their decisions on us. We're given freedom to explore new opportunities, methods, and approaches to our work. There's also great collaboration and understanding among colleagues, along with a friendly and supportive environment.

Dislikes

I don't have any complaints about working here. I consider this place to be the perfect fit for me.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
