Company inside environment is very clean , senior, manager is very helpful . You learn and understand solar system very well and also you learn a lot not for only machines also politics, behaviour as well.

Dislikes

They're money minded people they didn't give you proper salary and hike and hr behave is very rude also production environment is very political.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

One of the worst company in my life. There is nothing any word for like this company.

You have not getting salary in time, u will get salary one month after 2 to 3 month work. No Job security if MD want within a night u loose your job .In top Management apart GM no one knowledge how to running plant in smooth way even his Managing director always want to harass everyone & everytime he come to office and looking everyone work through window.
