See. It might be good for experienced people.But for freshers this is the worst place. HR will trap freshers saying training will be provided and you will learn new technologies. But no, you need to work 24 hours to deliver their tasks. Impossible expectations of them you have to meet and no acknowledgement by seniors. Also the riskof being fired is 100%. You dont know when will be your last minute. They will give you tasks to complete in every 3 hrs and there will take home task that you need to show next day as a result consuming your entire day with tasks and even you have to face sleepless nights. Impossible to work here along with the toxic environment. Freshers, do not come to this company. Never ever come here. And this condition won't improve anyday. Its not because of recession, its because of the manager and he wont ever go....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
