talking about content writing department, the staff was great, pretty helpful and knowledgeable. I really learnt a lot.

all they care about is saving company's money and for that they do stupid things like levying fines for using mobile phones, half day for getting late by 1 second, delaying increment, firing employees, etc. The technical head is rotting the company and its culture to its core. god bless to everyone working there. The managers have to no idea of the department they are assigned to handle.

My content department is great, especially my team leader and other team mates. I wish there would be more liberty in work, but otherwise it's okay. The learning scope is very high. Also, you would learn to work in deadlines.

The scope of growth is very less. You don't get promotion easily here. You have to be either really really close with the managers or stick to this company for umpteen years to actually get promoted to a high post.
