You want to learn without worrying about your life, join Webkul. It is a best place for learning. They can make you expert in many things in first year only. The staff is supportive/over-obsessive for you to try new things each time.

Dislikes

Currently, The managing staff is having serious favorism for those who sweetly spend extra time with them, I can't. If you can do such things, then this won't be a problem to you and you can get hikes beyond your performance.

Overall it is fine but I have to leave because it is getting messy due to newly spawned favourism. I do not have the attitude to make others happy with talks only.

Dislikes

Strict time for shift and task hours if accidently you forget or miss sometime (Due to any reason like not checkout or logout properly or forget to logout then time penalty will apply). If you give 1-2 hours extra it is ok but when your time is less than fixed time defined Even 5-10 min less it will not be consider for you.

- deducted half day salary on any stupid matter(like coming 5 min late) - they made you feel like they own you. - You can not have life outside company - they monitored every one closely who so ever is looking on phone. - they used to ask to turn off task while going to washroom - working hours were strictly counted. - breaks provided were minimal and on the clock that is 20 min. - even if you are doing 12 hrs of work per day, no OT was provided, if your Monday - Friday working hours exceeded 45 hours...Read More
