I would like to share my wore experience at Wobkorps. I want to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. here are the key issues I faced. - The compensation did not match what was initially discussed during recruitment. - poor Communication, especially from HR and sometimes non-existent. - 7000 monthly salary Itne meh ek alto bhi nhi aye gye!

Friendly environment, Seniors are well supportive, management is well. Working here is a great start for me as a fresher. Working as well as outing and many activities, and functions are organized by the comapany.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
