What I have a found from 6-7 rounds of interview that people working here are robots of the company but they are good in nature

This company is having fake reviews everywhere with its ambition box or Google or Glassdoor the company asks for reviews after first round of interview how one can judge the company in the first round add as it is very easy to fake in front of people ..I applied for the project coordinator role in this company they just wasted my time in so much rounds of interview and finally when I got selected and i asked for the joining or appointment letter they asked me to wait for one week and then they said they have appointed someone else as as it as I was asking for appointment letter and this is not their policy to give appointment letter or joining letter to the people before 15 days …. If a person is already working in some company and leave that company for left you there is no job security as they can fire or within 15 days. There is no job security in this company they can fire you any time they mention this thing in their HR policy as well such a fake company...Read More

The company policies are not much in favor of employees. Please mention all the policies in introductory round so not so much of time is wasted of a candidate.
