I liked the work flow and the different types of projects I was working on. It was a good experience to work for this company. But due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to leave the company.

Dislikes

The work culture wasn't good, the person who's the leader I was working with always had a bad attitude. She is the reason I couldn't work further in the company. She defamed me without any proof, harassed me mentally due to which I had to leave the company.

To start with, the CEO (or the head) Aakshey Talwar is an arrogant person to ever have a convresation with. He insults others to their faces as if it is his right to do so. Aakshey earns because of people who are working with him but he has zero respect for them. Absolutely zero respect. He can sell the company to someone else for all we care. There is no growth at WT. Don't consider asking for a raise. WT hires (desperate and new) writers for a lower pay and then expects them to stick around at the same forever. Look around as long as possible.
