I like to work in Weavetex overseas because that there was good working culture and production planning and very nice nature of CMD sir Mr. Gorav sir

I feel that there was very poor mentality of top management they have not to Cooperative nature for their juniors they always makes mistake and blame on juniors they are very careless and negligence

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
