Likes

Great work environment and teamwork. Company policies are well satisfied and appraisals are fair. There is salary hike every year without bonus. Management is Super cool to help you out anytime there is a challange.

Dislikes

Lot of politics which you can feel but it's ok as I suppose it is there in all other companies as well.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting and challenging as well. I learnt a lot from my experience. In the beginning when I joint i was hired as warehouse assistant. I worked hard with dedication and sincerity which helped me grow to superviser level.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
