I am working in the industry since 2000 and in the career of 22 years I had work in multiple fields and sectors the experience with WRMS is the best experience of my life till now. The Bosses of our organization are super cool and Genius, never get rude to anyone in the organisation. If you stuck any where in your work you can directly call them any time and you will get the solution without any heartburn. The atmosphere and culture of the organisation is very systematic and healthy, we never abused and also not get abused by the seniors. Our organization had a Posh Policy for the women's safety is the best part we respect our female colleagues always that's why they always feel safe. In the private sector no any company gives job security but in the time of pandemic (COVID Time Period 2020-21) we didn't and any kind of salary deduction even lots of employees don't have work to do but company not fire them we are like family. 1. our job is depends on crop insurance tender so job security is zero 2. We have work on totally field no any office work just go on field and come back to home 3. Management is medium 4. In lockdown period they don't support and deduct salary also

Salary is not good and growth is very slow and in this no fix location we have alloted if tender is change every year then we have to move other location where the company have tender so we can not live with family in this job
