only interior is good, and we get some time to get certification,

Dislikes

this company is the worse than worst. bad culture only fvrt people got promoted and they can do anything but for other they need to stick with desk, no job security.no leave management no work life balance, and they will do layoff in a bulk by saying company is in loss, and only keep who is doing buttering.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
