Liberty to work as per your way of working. Minimum work pressure with achievable targets. People are very helpful and you will receive all help required. Good overall working environment. Good hikes are offered to deserving employees.

Office infrastructure is bad. Often employees need to wait to access washrooms. Skeletal infrastructure. No bonuses offered. HR policies are stringent and are mostly designed to deduct salary. While pandemic was raging, people were still called to office on the days there were no lockdown whereas all other IT companies were excercising Work From Home. Work From Home has now been discontinued entirely and salary is deducted for people requesting work from home. Emails for salary deduction is being sent to all employees. Felt like a threat. Office is congested when running at 100% capacity. Very conservative in investing in newer tools, technology and talent. Management likes the old-school manual way of working.
