Colleague are helpful and understanding, Minimal politics to observe. Work load will be less hectic if you are directly under offshore team.

Dislikes

Work life balance is difficult, Company management is degrading. its MNC by name but cost savings are at local level Lack technical skills.

Working Staff is good but not knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Higher authority are dump and don't have any technical sense. They'll maje your life miserable. Its a Dictatorship by a lady in Mumbai office.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
