The colleagues are friendly and Team Leads are very cooperative. The company allows one to learn and improve their writing considerably ovee time.

Absolutely clueless management especially at the Siliguri floor. The owner only wants to make money out of the the employees. They make you work like donkeys when the demand for assignments are on the peak and then treat you like shits when workload decreases. Frequent policy changes as per their convenience and favouritism is at its peak. I don't like anything about this company as it was my worst experience working here as a content writer.

Even after completing deadlines and writing every day more than 4k words is also not enough. The HR will tell you the job is not complicated and after that too many salary cutting and the working atmosphere is boring and the team leader is unable to provide clear resolutions for complex files.
