Only the behavior of owner sir and mam

Dislikes

TLs are not properly trained and their behavior are so unprofessional. They haarrased employees for satisfying their egos. They forced juniors to work till 11pm. If anyone logout, then the threat message will come on the next day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
