Writers are friendly and the team lead and colleagues helps you to improve your writting skill and allow you to lear new things. They hire freshers as well.

Dislikes

work culture is the worst. They change their policies frequently and management change their words as per their benefit. To respect to writer or team leader. In peak they will pressurise you work at home and wont appreciate at all.. In lean they will not even treat you well.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
