Flexible Work Timing, I have a two year old kid and many times I have to have flexibility in work timings, I have it here. Great for personal and work life balance. Work From Home: They provide work from home when I travel to my native place and even have given me opportunity to work from home when my spouse is not there to take care of my little one. 99.99% of the time I leave office in time i.e. at 7:00 PM which is very good in comparison to other IT companies I know about. I worked in this company for about 5 years in Android Development and my experience with the company has been excellent. When I joined the company I was a junior developer now today I am leading a team in Android Development. I have worked here on excellent project, team has been supportive as there are many people in my team who have been working in the company since 3+ years which itself is a symbol of culture. Good Tools to manage work. Encouragement to learn new technology.

There as such nothing I dislike but I think there can be more team outings as that gives a positive outlook to the company's employees.
