Initially they behave very nice, once you get cought in their trap everything will change. Owner had delete my review and many other reviews from the gogle page.

This is my first review about any past organisation because I am reponsible human being and I feel like it is our responsibility to save any human being for being trapped in such a organisation. I would like to explain all company strategy/policy. Interview Process :- Company owner/manager is the person who will take interview/select/reject you. Mostly he shortlist New Indian/Pakistani candidates, those are not aware about UAE labor law. If you get selected he will ask you to book your flight ticket for uae and send ticket copy to us. When you do so then he will provide you VISIT VISA for 1/3 months. For your stay in uae they will book hotel room in name of yours and you have to pay for it. In visit visa period if they will find you as a slave then you are good for the organisation, if not then- He will tell like you are not fit for this organisation please resign and go back to your country. Second scenario is that if you are good for the organisation but organisation is not goot for you and you want to resign then he will tell you like Ok, resign but please pay money ( Visa/Visa cancellation/return flight/Emirates ID and other if any) vary between 3000 AED to 6000 AED. Once you clear all the dues they will return your original documents like passport, degree etc at the airport (During joining they will take all documents for security). About the organisation : No one technical in this organisation they take the technical knowledge/detail from the employees and throw them once they get it. About the vacation : If you talk about vacation these are the possibilities He will start ignoring you. He will start shouting on you for your previous mistakes. He will start giving you more work so that you can't think about your vacation. He will call to your family and confirm that does that person really need in home. Resignation Process :- He will not allow you to do resignation mail. He will ask you 3 months before the visa expiry for your plan. he can isolate you in your flat for last 1-3 months. So you will forget all company clients detail/project details.
