Highly unprofessional company... It looks like a ashiki ka adda. Can say a one man show. Thinking out of the box, new ideas are never welcome. Even a manager doesn't have liberty to take decisions. High baised atmosphere. You need to be a good chamcha of your boss. Leaders english level is zero. They only like to beat their own trumpet.

Team of Passionate people with professional environment. Within the available resource pool, it pays staffs well and takes care of its staff the best. For a small or big achievement, we were appreciated. Specially my line manager was a man carrying bundles of good qualities. The issue on which the organisation was working is great. The work pressure is very very high. I lot of reports with no or very connection between two reports. No positioning of reports. No or very little training. Too much reporting with no clarity on systematic monitoring approach. Too much of planning with least adherence to the same. Very little understanding on development. Very little clarity on community work. Very little innovation. No time to read, learn and explore new ideas. No on job training. No flexibility even though our work hours were uncertain....Read More

Work Details

In general our work is challenging, since we work on saving lives and breaking the cycle of crime. I had to connect with communities, like minded organisation, government stakeholders etc. As we were working with lives, it was demanding much time.

It was a fantastic development organization. While the vision and programme was great, so was the company, I guess the NGO faltered at the leadership level/ HR level and could not find the right people to guide it through the government compliance mess.
