Im not available this organization in this pandemic situation...but heard about its very pathetic for employees...not much supported.shocked to heard,many employees are jobless at this moment...

MD should be meet to senior employees before leaving from the organisation..sometimes employees are fear to write something at Exit interview ...the orginal feedback is not reaching to Directors and MD.
