No Promotion. No salary hike. No work life balance. No Job security. Company Culture very poor. No salary on time. some time we got salary after 3 to 4 month.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .i love fact i m a part of a teamthat markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global clients base.As a results i get to travel abroad ,especially to the US and canada.But on -site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.

The company working culture is good also its a very good place to get exposure as well And Public relation.

Dislikes

Overall good but the company is engaging most of the employee in contract with fixed salary basis.

As it's a Goverment PSU, the working culture is good - Basically the Projects are for the benefits of Society. As a team member i feel proud to be with WAPCOS Ltd.

Dislikes

As I am working with WAPCOS Ltd since last few years as a contractual employee so my job security is uncertain. As my present project is going to be closed , so there is a need to skip other organisation.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
