everything, there is 12 page offer letter which has very strict condition for the employees. If you will leave company, will pay on CTC but company will terminate you they will pay on basic. 03 month notice period. you can't adjust any leave during your notice period.

Ample of learning opportunities. Alot of projects, latest technology. Pay is decent, deserving employees get profit sharing as well. Job is quite interesting, i learnt many a things here

Nothing to dislike. Location is quite far from Pune city.

Enjoyed working on new task daily in span of 4 years. It was a great learning experience with my seniors, i was given proper training with theoretical as well as practical knowledge of accounting and taxation.
