"Managers are completely non-technical; they don't know which tasks can be completed in the current sprint, so they put everything into it. When a user story is not completed, they blame the developers. If anyone raises concerns or asks questions, they ignore them because they lack technical knowledge."

Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. Management HR policies Arrange the zumba, and the unofficial activity after office timing are bhai office time k baad kisi ko employee ko ghar jaane de jada khushi kisi zumba, dance class mai nhi ho sakti hai so stop doing these things after office.
