Though there are great leaders who made the company what it is, unless there is a freshness of leadership, we won’t be able to take the company to the next level. Amadeus, a company that once stood for innovation and industry leadership, has become a breeding ground for corruption, deceit, and outright fraud. The hunger to bring in their "favorable" people has led the management to resort to unethical practices that are not only destroying careers but also dismantling the integrity of the entire organization. I’m not talking about isolated incidents—this is systemic. The main culprits behind this fiasco are individuals like Pallabi, Anurag, Arun Chopra, and Sandeep Dwivedi. These so-called "veterans" of the industry are leading this witch hunt, slandering existing employees with false allegations and assigning absurd, unattainable KRAs designed to make us fail. When questioned about these KRAs, there’s no logic or accountability—just silence or vague responses. These people are running the company into the ground, ruining lives, and no one at Amadeus, a global organization of 20,000 employees, seems to care. It’s shocking that while these fraudulent actions are destroying people’s livelihoods, the organization turns a blind eye. The higher-ups are more interested in praising the very individuals who are orchestrating this mess, rather than addressing the unethical behaviors that are rampant. The culture here has devolved into one where genuine talent is being kicked out for the sake of bringing in cronies and favorites, all under the guise of performance management. What’s worse is the company’s complete lack of interest in addressing these concerns. HR is a joke, and anyone who dares speak up is met with more intimidation and hostility.
