Teammates are good , but company has to assure that about their employees future because all worker are belong from poor financial background they dont have any other options. Atleat once the hotel is opened company has to call their employees for working . Till the employee can be treated as without pay leave.

Dislikes

The hotel have good working environment. But job security is first and foremost for their employees . Once the hotel is open hotel has call thier employee to join work , instead of hiring new staff. Because hiring of new staff will take time to set the working environment rather old staff is all known about their duties and responsibilities. Thanking you

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
