The projects concepts are good, AI team is excellent.

Lots of politics, favouritism, gender inequality. The rules are different for different people. There is no process for promotion and appraisal. Hardworking people are not valued, the only skills valued are PR and sycophancy People in engineering, ML, programs and Solutions mostly come with good intentions but they are not allowed to work, the decisions are forced top down or by the favorites of the leadership team without any logical reason.
