Dislikes

If you are good in your work but non experienced to handle people, may be difficult to survive. Not good understanding between internal departments. Due to all this organisation suffers a lot & management has to waste time & energy to handle too small things, while WOG can become something else if management get time to put energy on right direction. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Most critical thing i faced in 15 yrs, most of employee take salary & run away without any notice period or small notice</mark>.
