They are so unprofessional. New principal is a high school teacher who will always speak that she is in learning process.

Work Details

They will cheat by giving so many offers and asking us to do extra works . If we ask about the benefit then they will terminate us .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Big name and big brands. That's all. Principal mam is a very nice person. Day care staff all are very nice.

Dislikes

Daycare stuffed are not permanent . That's why orther teachers and staff behaviour is rude and disrespectful. Monday to Saturday everyday is working day,no holidays.
