User friendly peoples and help you a lot Can learn a lot for beginners

Dislikes

So much of night shifts and they can’t understand employee needs like they don’t care about if they are sick or not you need to work on shifts. Can learn a lot for freshers but can’t expect more salaries Won’t give much salaries initially No basic training you need to learn on your own

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
