Bias and Favoritism in Evaluation: Performance recognition fully depends on subjective option of the team leads. Without clear metric or unbiased evaluation mechanism, it's difficult to gauge your standing and improve meaningfully. 2. Lack of Feedback and Growth Opportunities: There is no proper feedback system in place. Constructive feedback is mostly absent. Team leads do not consistently review work or provide guidance, which can hinder professional growth. 3. Interference in Technical Decisions: Managers has no sense, often take technical decision, despite lacking the required expertise.
