Very poor work life balance. Company has credited salary in COVID phase but took every effort to take it back through deductions. Very much biased on regional basis.

Work life balance is very poor . You get to work on Sundays (half day) but you don't get any compensation in return in any form. Monday to Saturday 8 a.m to 8p.m minimum.
