I liked that in a Co. They are concerned about the employees welfare, their health. They also give salaries on time.

Dislikes

I don't like the workload in a Co. And it is not possible for everyone to handle. Even the new employees are suppressed which is not favorable for a healthy environment in a Co.

V Ships is a very good company for merchant mariners which gives complete ground support to it's seafarers.

Dislikes

Salaries are decreasing day by day for seafarers and the job security has also reduced.

My work at V Ships is a job as navigator of a foreign going ship and also as a full cargo operations officer in ports.
