Toxic work culture. I worked from August 2019 to January 2020. The Senior Sales manager, a female is completely toxic so is the director of the company. Whole of the Sales team does a lot of buttering to the director, senior manager & the VP. The campaign management team will prefer campaigns given by the old sales members & does not respect the newly joined sales team members.
