No job security/ no increments /No par-motion unhealthy work environment/ bad language use management/ lotes of pressure. Management is poor speically. working hour more then 10 hour fixed if you object then VRP through you out of the system. Every thing to dislike here no management supported no giddiness even they misguide to employees and senior staff no idea how to talk they use abused language with staff MD SACHIN THAPAR .
