I was Independent to work in my way since i was the only CA consultant over there . I had the exposure to make client interaction and improve my communication skills .

Dislikes

The decision taker is only one person right from accepting leaves , to accepting claims . Manager concept is not there which leads to overall inefficiency in working of the developers . Also no Formal work methodology is being strictly followed over there which is very odd . The developers are overburdened and in order to reduce their costs they recruit freshers who take time to understand the working but meanwhile the experienced are leaving which create a mess since the knowledge transfer is not proper. Also they have a draconian concept of 3 years of bond and sandwich rule for leaves which is not ethical....Read More
