Worst working culture, also no proper organization structure, No holiday, Sunday consider as half leave, Company has lots of vehicles but still there Convenience problem, Non hygienic foods, room & Toilet, No discipline. They provide cash & drink to client for pass any job.

Strictly duty time however any whether and not provide any central/state government holiday and salary timing very poor and increment very very poor, work culture poor, and in this company local employee's behavior not good with outer and new employee.

They have Very Good Projects going in Pan India level , If U go in As a fresher I Will come as a Champ because of the amount of load They put on To ur shoulders .

They Dont know work ethics No Time limit for office hours most of the time I had to work for almost 24 hours some days If U go back to Camp where you are staying You don't get Proper Breakfast or food. Hr in this company Are like Company owners with lot of ego Issues They Don't have any good Work culture, They only appreciate and Appraise who so ever Is a At Buttering the bosses and the Who's working hard and Don't want to do buttering Is not appropriated . Bad Food in all the locations i have ever been to like Kota rawatbhata , Pachpadra refinery site etc . If you Work here You dont Know when are they Going to Appraise u By Increasing your salary . if U work here Please Don't Expect any Salary hike for atleast 2-3 years ....Read More
