Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. No learning. Testers are put to work on internal automation tool which is poorly designed. Only one QA manager for the entire QA in the organization who is rude

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
