Freedom to learn, because they allow higher education at your convenient time. Nice environment to work and improve ur skills without any restriction to go where when... Nobody can pressure ur work, feel free to work

Dislikes

They making diff b/t employee of Volvo and contract people among the company in, all food, safety, behavior, respect.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
