All T&C Engineers quickly learning for some languages like HINDI,TELUGU,ENGLISH,KANNADA and etcccc....and then important main thing I have learned how to behave with whom.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high,i have to work 10 to 12 hours ,sometimes full day works going on.Two or Three moths travelling from one site to another sites,,before the marriage is OK but after the marriage is very tough job.

As I have to look after the entire Testing &Commissioning initial stage is very tough.some times came in miss understanding working at site,but all my VOLTECH engineers have good knowledge of working and presence of mind there in my all voltech engineers.

The company provides a very good platform for EEE freshers. In addition to the technical knowledge, the employees get good knowledge of management of people as well as money. There is frequent travel demand for site engineers, which I loved the most. In short, for EEE freshers, it is an ocean of knowledge and growth.

Dislikes

Foundation is very good, but the compensation is low. The work-life balance is almost virtual. Appraisals are a rarity.

Work Details

The work is Challenging in itself as it is purely electrical. At the same time, it is interesting every single day. There is always a new challenge awaiting the next day.
