Work Details

I started my journey as a sales-promoter from 2018 and I became a Sales-Team-Leader in 2019 and again I have been promoted as a Regional-Sales-Officer in 2020. And this is my last designation because company don't take a 3rd party employees as an ASM/onro

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
